90 minute Breath work journey

During this session you’ll be safely guided through an hour of circular, conscious breathing through the nose. Breath work can help the breather:

  • break through energetic and creative blocks

  • access their higher consciousness

  • heal from trauma and ptsd

  • find self-compassion and trust

  • release stress hormones from the body

  • balance blood pressure

  • strengthen the lungs

  • boost immunity

  • increase energy and awareness

  • improve sleep

The last 30 minutes of the journey are used for journaling, reflection, and integration.
