90 minute Breath work journey
During this session you’ll be safely guided through an hour of circular, conscious breathing through the nose. Breath work can help the breather:
break through energetic and creative blocks
access their higher consciousness
heal from trauma and ptsd
find self-compassion and trust
release stress hormones from the body
balance blood pressure
strengthen the lungs
boost immunity
increase energy and awareness
improve sleep
The last 30 minutes of the journey are used for journaling, reflection, and integration.
